* Leads and guides the assessment of current diverse large legacy IT environments, analysis of gathered data and development of transformational network executable plans * Leads all aspects of enterprise IT modernization and transformation initiatives and projects including the assessment of current state, defining of future state, and development of strategy * Serves as the subject matter expert, possessing in-depth knowledge of network strategy, analysis, design and implementation * Leads the design and development of network architectures and solutions * Leads network solutioning and architecture development governance process * Supports the design and development of network standards and technology roadmaps * Evaluates emerging technologies and makes recommendations that would improve network performance, scalability and reliability * Partners with stakeholders to define near-term and long-term technology roadmaps based on emerging industry trends and the customer's priorities * Defines and leads the process for introduction and implementation of new network technologies * Defines and provided an effective network governance structure that ensures accountability, consistency, and best practices * Leverages industry metrics and KPIs to measure projects success
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
* 15+ years of directly related experience in network analysis, engineering, management, strategy development * Experience identifying and analyzing problems, developing strategies and recommending innovative solutions * Experience supporting large, diverse and complex networks and network solutions * Successful experience leading and delivering on enterprise strategic projects * Knowledge and experience with network design, including high availability, redundancy, failover and load balancing * Knowledge, understanding and experience designing and developing network architectures and solutions * Knowledge of and experience with network protocols * Knowledge of and experience with cloud networking technologies
