Job Description 7 to 8 years of relevant work experience experience in largecomplex IT architecture environments and experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale development projects Work with business partners to validate, clarify and normalize business requirements Translate business and design requirements into technical requirements for multiple development teams - back end service developers, framework developers and UI developers Perform critical analysis on information consolidated from multiple sources, identify and resolve conflicts, and break down high level information into workable requirements Work with developers and subject matter experts to understand the work effort, communicate any compromises or risks to designers and product managers and, if needed, facilitate making adjustments that satisfy all parties Desired Skills (include required soft skills) 7 to 8 years of relevant work experience experience in largecomplex IT architecture environments and experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale development projects Prior banking (and Regularity projects) experience is mandatory Business domain knowledge of investment products experience with analyzing and implementing digital wealth management solutions Knowledge of Blueprint or other requirements gathering software a plus Must have excellent Data analysis experience for mapping the mis-matched data. Experience writing Business requirements documents and FSD (specification document) based on requirements provided by stakeholders. Good experience creating business use cases, flow diagrams. Must have previous exposure to projects which had touch points over Databases(Oracle, Sybase) and DownstreamUpstream applications. Experience writing test cases for SITUAT testing Excellent Microsoft excel skills for data validations Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Performing requirements analysis Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users Performing user acceptance testing Should have excellent documentation skills for creating BRDs, FSDs etc.. Creation of business use cases, test cases, flow diagrams etc..
